C+S were asked to take over project management to return this badly damaged property into a family home. A full schedule was drawn up and contractors invited to tender for the works. C+S acted as client liaison, project managers and principal designers.
Reconfiguring the space alongside the architects, C+S produced a proposal to turn an old loft space into a galleried study area, create a section of the sitting room that could be closed off to be either office space, or bedroom and added a downstairs shower room to a new cloakroom. Upstairs the original layout had only one house bathroom serving three bedrooms. By altering walls, a new ensuite was created for the Master Bedroom and a large house bathroom provided the property with much needed modification. As well as project managing the alterations, C+S were involved in producing the lighting, bathroom and kitchen designs. All interior furniture and fabrics are the clients own.
